Whee!

Last night, allycatt and I played her new DDR game. I did "YMCA" and did fairly well considering there were jumps and the half-beat arrows and I had NO idea what I was doing. Then she and I talked about various things until like midnight. As excited as I am to move out on my own, I'm really going to miss hanging out with my sister.

Also last night, I had a conversation with hendel02 about how I've always been a fangirl. She was under the impression that my fangirl thing was new, and I had to explain that the Diane fangirl thing was new, but my fangirlism in and of itself was not new. I was all, "Dude, remember in MGM when I was scouring all the ABC stores looking for Sports Night stuff?" And she was all, "Oh yeah."

Speaking of fangirlism, I had the following conversation with my mother the other day:

Me: So, Mom. You and I need to go to New York one of these days and scout out shooting locations.
My mom: Oh, really. Why is that?
Me (ponders being all, "Duh, Mom. Diane? Hi?"): You'd get to see Chris Meloni?
My mom: Well, we might just have to do that.

I'm so psyched and I don't really know why. Am all like, *bounce*!
